Ted Ashford
Ted is the Chairman and CEO of Ashford Capital Management, Inc. and Ashford Consulting Group, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware. He is the former secretary of the Investment Committee of the Delaware Public Employees’ Retirement System, and currently trustee of Christiana Care Corporation, Mt. Cuba Astronomical Observatory, Mt. Cuba Astronomical Foundation, and trustee and member of the Investment Committee of the University of Delaware Research Foundation and Market Street Trust Company. He also serves on the Investment Committee of the YMCA Retirement Fund and advisory and valuation boards of several other venture capital funds. Ted is a member of the Board of Advisors of ATV IV, ATV V, ATV VI, ATV VII, and ATV VIII.

David Braman
Dave is Senior Partner and member of the Investment Committee of Pantheon Ventures, where he has overall responsibility for Pantheon's investment strategy in private equity in North America. He serves on the advisory and valuation committee of several other venture capital funds. Dave is a member of the Board of Advisors of ATV V, ATV VI, ATV VII, and ATV VIII.

John is an investment director for various venture capital firms, both in the U.S. and overseas, including Advanced Technology Ventures, Institutional Venture Fund, Walden International, Leapfrog Ventures, and Authosis Capital. John serves as an advisor and director for various technology companies. John is also a founder and board member of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Hawaii. Craig E. Dauchy
Craig is a Partner in Cooley Godward Kronish's Business department and head of the Venture Capital practice group. He also is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Craig specializes in representing venture capital partnerships and emerging companies, and has participated in the formation of more than 150 venture capital and private equity funds. He is co-author of the book “The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Business Law” (Thomson, 3rd ed., 2007). Craig is a member of the Board of Advisors of ATV VIII.

Hugh is Managing Director of Portfolio Advisors, a provider of private equity advisory services to institutional clients. Hugh has been with Portfolio Advisors since 1998 and serves as a voting member of the Investment Committee. He is serving as an Advisory Board member of several private equity partnerships on behalf of Portfolio Advisors and its clients. Hugh is a member of the Board of Advisors of ATV VIII.

Pieter Schiller

Ivan Sutherland
Ivan is a founding Partner of ATV. He co-founded Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation; served as vice president and fellow at Sun Microsystems; vice president and technical director at Sutherland, Sproull and Associaties; visiting scientist in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University; visiting professor at the Imperial College in London; senior scientist at the Rand Coproration; and a professor at the California Institute of Technology, Harvard University and the University of Utah. He holds 49 patents and has authored more than 50 professional papers.

Paul Yett
Paul is a managing director with Hamilton Lane, an independent provider of discretionary and non-discretionary asset management services to institutional investors worldwide.
